So here's my query, directed primarily to any of the major questers on here..

Were a blank level 3 to be provided, what would the charge be (and how long would it take) to get all required skills and complete all quests for the quest cape? Obviously a fair bit of the skill exp could potentially come from quest rewards..

For the purposes of judging time, the required skills are as follows;

Attack 30
Hitpoints 10
Mining 60
Strength 52
Agility 59
Smithing 65
Defence 65
Herblore 57
Fishing 62
Ranged 60
Thieving 58
Cooking 70
Prayer 50
Crafting 61
Firemaking 50
Magic 66

Would you be providing the quest items, I'm assuming not, if that's the case, I can do this but it wouldn't be nothing cheap.

 

Some probably could be, but certainly not all.

It's just something I'm considering, trying to gauge how much it would cost me and how long it would take.
