The only way to get this item is to pick i up from the kalphite place and there's only 3 spawns.

I got no idea but if its manipulated enough it can reach 2x its price.

Well it's been boughtout for past 3 updates and an item like this is a beautie considering once again it's only way to get it is by picking it up in the kalphite place.

actually not that great of am item b/c there is a bot for it =/

but free bump and gl. tried to buy some yesterday for magic potions and they wouldn't sell @ max, so maybe you are right.
