Do you have a Mac or a Windows computer?

On windows, hitting the print screen bottom work. You then open up paint, and then hit control v, and then you save the file.

On macs, just hit command shift 3 (command shift 4 allows you to select a small area.

After that, for both windows and macs, follow this guide to upload to the forums.
