Selling Maxed Account - 2460+ Total

Hello. I haven't been able to play RuneScape for the past year and a half and will continue not being able to play due to my job. This account was at one time maxed (before dungeoneering) so it has access to the Maxed forums and all the perks of a maxed person (besides maxed cape). I had deployed to Afghanistan for a year so I wasn't able to sell it while I was over there, but now that I am back, I am trying to get rid of it. I can provide a DD 214, Phone numbers, webcam, ID, everything to prove who I am.

I am looking to sell this account for only USD.

The recoveries are set on the account, I can provide all of them. As a maxed player, it is very risky unsetting the recoveries so I am not taking that chance because it spotlights the account to Jagex. Like I said, I will provide you all the information about me. I live in Georgia, USA, I will provide an address as well. I am willing to meet up in real life as well (that is preferable if it can be done).

Above 800 USD I would accept as the absolute lowest price, but with a price that low, I would keep biddings open for longer than a bid such as 1200 USD for example.

Asking 1200 is ridiculous. As bad as bots were there are a lot of maxed accounts out there, and dung is one of the most useful skills which you don't have maxed... On top of that you don't have any new quest completed I'm assuming? Does it have turmoil? What significant items does it come with? You should be more than happy to take 500 bucks for this acc Lol.
