@Mootrucks is 100% correct, Email is massive control, but Original IP is the ultimate trump card. Accounts CAN always be recovered, especially when it's from the creation ID.
Think how silly what you're saying sounds.
You realize when someone gets keylogged, the hacker has access to EVERYTHING - including that persons email.
So you're saying that if that happened and that hacker changed all the information -because he has access to your email now- that Jagex is just going to NEVER let the original owner recover because he no longer has access to the creation email, or the email was changed? Get real man.
Mootrucks might not argue with you on this, but I certainly will.
Your experience here is minimal, and it shows.
I'd suggest you take notice and listen to when an experienced buyer like Mootrucks gives you advice brother. GL with the sale man.
