it's true though, resellers pay 55-65% and sell at market % 75-85% under market.

This is because if you were to sell the skin on the steam market you would get a huge amount of the money cut from you immediately, and it would be non-transferable steam wallet cash.

SO the theory is that you sell in blackmarkets at reduced cash permitting the person is taking a risk buying from you instead of steam market, and also considering you aren't getting the cut from steam taken away it is usually sold at 75-85%
