Notice the rules broken have the status "deffered" - when somebody hacked my main and got it 2 offences i told jagex it wasnt me and thats the status of the appeals i received, i also had one offensive langauge on my pure from my friend that was deffered for not being in my control aswell, these are important factors to take in as he could have scammed somebody and they tried to get him muted/banned.
