Well see, if I was in your current position. The first thing I would do would be to contact hotmail/live/microsoft, find out the local isp of the person who created the msn account she contacted you from. If she lives within 200 miles of me I would PERSONALLY drive to her house, contact the local authorities etc. And if she was co-operative I would get on her computer to see if maybe there was just a paypal error, but if there wasn't I would tell the authorities that she has committed a felony....



700$ is alot of money, and just because its runescape doesn't mean you cant freak the fuck out.

To both of you, don't backseat moderate. You can easily use the report button and that is ALL you need to do.

To the two of you that are fighting... Either take it to pm or file a scammer dispute. All you are doing is spamming....

 

First, buyer always wins with paypal so you get that $750 straight back.

Secondly you did drop the valuables on the account and even admitted it.
