What comes with the account?
These accounts include: Random Appearance Looks, Tutorial Island Completed.
I am doing this as a test, and if there is user interest I will start doing this properly, selling 7 quest point accounts.
I am currently accepting: OSRS gold, and BitCoin.

There is a lot you can do with these accounts, you can potentially invest in them, reach 7 quest-points then re-sell making a profit.
Alternative you can create a bot farm with them as they can easily be suicided.
