Has the charms for level 135 combat, and if you get a few more prayer levels you can get 136 combat easily.

I am taking RSGP only... since I have no paypal/credit card. I can use western union... but will only take really good cash offers.

For RSGP, you provide method for xfer and we can use an OMM. I will give original PW, last 3 passwords, date of creation, location of creation, 2-3 IP addresses I've played from as I've moved, original recoveries, and all other acc info you can think of...
