    So the only problem is that it can't be called/make calls and can't receive texts/send texts? Music, apps, everything else works fine?

    Exactly that ;) it's in perfect conditions as i always had screen protector on both the front and back of it.
    and yeah, everything works perfectly; I restored it to factory settings.

    So what are the benefits of this over an Ipod touch? Just asking for comparison price wise.

    The only considerable differences between the iTouch and iPhone 4, is the camera has a 5MP Camera over the itouch's, It has a Bigger memory for more storage, and the iPhone's camera has flash.

    It's not locked, it's IMEI blocked because the owner reported it lost/stolen.
