Do you have any proof that links him to that PayPal or trade? Like a sythe pm and then a Skype convo or maybe a vouch that corresponded with the time and amount of the trade.

 

Looking at his PayPal address and his Sythe name should be significant evidence. I'm on vacation for the next two days.

 

I could easily make my PP name [email protected] and then chargeback. That doesn't mean Arcus did, right?

There needs to be a little more linkage. I will wait till you're back for you to post some more proof.
