Selling fairly unknown training spot

[ItzMoses]

Selling it for 1m osrs. There are safe spots and they drop some items like runes and such. The monsters are pretty good xp/hr too.

Where is this place? How do we know its not what we already know?

I mean you could possible know about it but ive only seen one other person here at this place training.

Good luck man, someone might comment with the place just to ruin it! Haha

Is it safe? No point buying a training spot if it isn't safe.
