Hiya,basically I quit RS and a few months ago and haven't played RS since then and with the way the game is now don't ever see myself playing it again so I'd rather try get some money for it and hopefully someone else can enjoy the account instead of it sitting there being inactive.

No, the 5's you are seeing is because he is free to play.

 

Yeah, when a members account goes to F2P the member stats are reduced to 5/99. This happens to ALL member stats.
