The price is not insane for 2 reasons. 1. I am the only person with this method of getting accounts unbanned, meaning I found it out myself by years of research and trial and error tests. 2. If someone has a high level account that got banned with a lot of GP on it, Those people will pay the petty 250M. 250M Isn't anything in rs anymore.

I may be able to get Locked accounts Unlocked but You need the GP first so the OMM has it ready to give to me when I confirm to him that the account has been unlocked. I wont take the risk of the account not having anything in its bank and you not being able to pay me.
