Note on PayByCall: Prices per mill depend on your country, PM me to know the price per mill for your country. France is supported by is quite longer to pay with this method so I don't recommend PayByCall from France.

I buy all 10m for 40$ I am bank funded on paypal. And we can do like 4m increments or whatever you want to make you feel comfortable.

OR get an official MM you pay the fees. As you can see in my sig I am quite trusted.
