    Whats up with my sound?

Hello everyone, i got a little problem with my pc and its sound, i go to youtube to listen to some songs and such, they all work but randomly when im listening to it my sound just stops and i dont hear anything for around 3 seconds, then it comes back on and works fine again, it does happen a few times in every song and it is quite annoying -.-
Atm, im running a AUX cable from my pc into my system, idk what else info to give you, so if you need any more you will just have to ask.

    Thanks

I think it might be your sound card..

See if there are any updates for it online.

ok, so i updated my drivers, and it still persists, Ive noticed that when ever my sound goes off a ""Realtek HD Audio manager" pops up and tells me it is Reloading audio devices, is there a way i can stop it doing that as i think that is the problem.

Is it your internet connection? Do certain songs not work? What program are you running the music of of?

Try replacing your current sound card with a spare one, second hand one or a friends one and see if it makes a difference. That is your first step.

Report back after you have done this.

I don't think the sound card is the issue. There are a few things you need to take in consideration when dealing with drivers:
-Did you uninstall the previous driver?
-Did you check to see if the driver was for your operating system?
-Did you check your sound card to make sure there are no physical deformaties?
-Did you get the right driver (usually they can be found on the company site)?
-Is your card plugged in properly?
-Is something wrong with your sound system/cable (try using headphones on your computer to see if the problem persists (something else you could try is running a 1/8 male stereo/mono to 1/8 male stereo/mono cable and using a 1/4 stereo/mono adapter to plug into your sound system))?
