For those unaware, this is realted to BitCoin, LiteCoin, other coins, and major exchange known as BTC-e.

Problem
There's a pretty steep fee withdrawing USD via PP on BTC-e. Right now it's 7% to BTC-e, plus whatever PP will take so the total fee will end up being well over 10%. I have a few grand on BTC-e, and I'm looking to withdraw some of it.

Solution
I can obtain BTC-e codes instead of withdrawing to PP directly, and sell those here. Getting USD onto BTC-e I hear is difficult, so this is also a good chance for those looking to day trade or just invest in "cheaper BTC" on BTC-e. BTC-e has the lowest BTC price of all exchanges because of the difficulty of getting USD onto there. It will also help me avoid any fees, which really add up when you start moving around even as little as $1000.
