Yeah I basically hold the item and let you kill me. You have the option for me to eat any amount of my 25 food, pray anything, and attack back or not. Many people have gotten whips from me this way and others have gotten ancient statuettes and stuff. Loot depends on your drop potential, ep, risked wealth, dropped wealth (by me), and luck as far as i know.
