Kers is right. . . there are NO laws whatsoever that illegalize the Real Money Transfer business for mmorpgs. The items are intangible and virtual, hence making it very hard to sure over them. However, Jagex certainly could not sue you as they are not subject to intellectual copyrite. I believe that I have a good clue as to what I am talking about as I did quite a bit of research before creating the webstie I sell gold on.

Jagex cannot take you to court but they can ban you i heard of this person who pretended to sell rs accounts on ebay he got sued and had been sentanced to 25 years and a big fine for like several accounts of fraud

he was saying selling an account but he didn't have the account that he sold he payed back exact amount (i even remember the 17 cents or something)

this is same thing if u buy cash and scam he can sue you it is scammng i bet he wont but he can your an idiot if u think he cant he probably has a 99.9 percent chance of winning but he would have to pay court fee's plane tickets ud have to refund him if u lose but its to much of a hassle
