It's just simply that a bank can change dramatically in 1 day never mind a few months so the most likley case is that the bank and account will be nothing like that anymore

 

He's a ban evader. I remember seeing these pictures posted before by someone who's now banned for scamming. I'll try to find the thread but if I remember this guy ban evades quite a bit, one of his accounts was "Crafty Yak" and another was "Fabel72".
