Selling accounts with no e-mail?

Does that make them unable to be recovered?

I was thinking of making start-up accounts and selling them but obviously I'm not trusted here so I was making sure that if I made these the buyers would feel secure.

 

They can still be recovered as the best things to assist with a recovery is posting from the creation ip and a few other pieces of information which only the original owner or anyone they'd told could know.

 

Any account can always be recovered by the original owner. Some people get their customers to create the account and then they train it for them, this way the customer can be the original owner.

It can always be recovered as most have said, you can still place an email on the account but if you do buy an account, make sure its from a trusted owner of donor / vouches or something like that.
