The account comes with the email verified to it not that you need it, there is no POP on it because there is no POP.

Can you tell me how you got this account? The way you talk about it makes me think you are not it's first owner.

 

I'm not the original owner no, I was registering expired emails and this account was linked to one. When I logged on it was last online 570 days ago.

 

Yet it has completely new games?

 

That's why it's a weird account, it has games that don't come out till sometime in 2013. (See company of heroes 2 and metro last light)

Are those games playable?

They can't be, I mean company of heroes 2 didin't even reach beta stage yet.

 

Company Of Heroes 2 and Metro Last Light aren't playable yet, everything else can be played right now.

How is league of legends in your games list if its not on steam?

 

Why is that?

I'm not sure, I was asking around and someone said it's on the UK steam store or something. There's also "THQ Digital UK Game A" so the UK theory might be right.

This is a developers account. Steam has a program where Dev's from gaming companies can distribute their unreleased games to a small amount of testers.. Company Of Heroes 2 and Metro Last Light are probably Alpha's or Beta's versions that are meant only for testing within the game company.

So basically this account is either a dev's, or a paid tester's who got access to these games.
