There will be NO way to RWT (GP) Not now.. Not Ever

Lately i see lots of threads and lots of people asking how we can transfer riches after the update. Simple answer is we can't. Sure you can exploit loopholes/bugs/glitches if there are any but as soon as jagex get wind of them bye bye to trading once again once they patch it. If by chance you find a way to exploit the system this does not mean you will find customers, they would have left the GP sales section of the black market under the impression real world item trading has been killed off. There will be no CONSISTENT or CONVINIENT way to trade gp anymore. Jagex have removed duelling, staking and merchanting and introduced trading caps and limits so they will stop at nothing to stamp out GP real world item trading.

 

Well my RWT group that I made would work would it not? And I doubt that they will take bounty hunter out, considering all the efforts that they put into making it.

Bounty hunter is the pVp area where you loose items. This is what made runescape what it is today, people joined because they saw the enjoyment of "wilderness and pVp."

However, my rwt method by covering the buyer/seller in BH is very complicated and probably wont work out unless i can get everyones full cooporation >.>.\

 

Master, your method requires full cooperation, full trust, and a lot of details. I was wondering, for example, how you expect to pay the fees to 8 different people, unless by cash: in which case, $5 each for a trade is itself a $40 fee to the buyer, and still only minimally attractive to MM's (even if it amounts to 1m in gp standards, the cash equivalent is rather low.) At that rate, the trade would have to be at least 80m to meet the traditional 10% MM fee. (Or over 65m at 15%) Hence, fees will probably be higher, and trades larger. (You better be sure to have an amazing, trustworthy team.) The problem, too, is with paypal, and MM's who are unwilling to waste their time on potential (and probably no less numerous) chargebacks.

Then there's the problem of people using their main's for the trade.

RWT is dead - or will be in a month or two, when the wrinkles in their strategy of eliminating it are ironed out.

 

Even if you do find a way to trade the accounts that were involved would be banned and it all would have been a waste.

 

i agree with ful tilt there is no real easy way.
We should concentrate on bots to make mills on our own ...

 

So no more selling GP topics? What if you have a valid way to transfer GP (through BH), I know it's been brought up before, but I have a valid way, and it isnt even hard to do, just wondering.

 

Yea i know about all the problems and stuff etc. Fees will probably be a 100% transaction fee ( ex 20 mills for 4 ea, thats for a total of 160$) or something close to that, and this is much simplier then a middleman trade. You go there and sit, and kill people. As for the paypal issue, I will be accepting ALL the fee and THEN spliting it. So if i accept the fees via paypal then it will get charged back on my account. I can also then send fees via E-Gold if the members do not trust me either.

Yea ive taken that into account as well. Ive got quite a few methods to prevent us from being banned.

All of you who found ways to get around it, no offence but, your idea's suck. They either require a bunch of trusted people, or require luck or some large amount of starting money. Give up. It's over.

Well said indeed. There will never be a convenient way to RWT anymore.
It'd be difficult, complicated, or plain risky.

Even IF you do find a way, you'd need to keep it secret to prevent Jagex from patching it. The problem with that is, with nobody knowing it, people will assume there is no way and quit attempting to trade gold.

Either way you lose. Face it, the majority of gold traders have given up. Even if a method is developed and properly kept secret the only ones using it would be a small, select group of traders. Nothing big. The exact opposite of what you are hoping for.

Those who are fighting to keep gold trading alive all have in mind a large, Sythe sized market with plenty of gold traders. No matter what you do, no matter what method you think up THAT WILL NEVER BE BACK! Get that into your brains, the large market is GONE and CAN NOT be brought back. Simple.

 

It's true, when you look at BH and the way they made it, you'd need an amazingly trustworthy team who know what they're doing. And even then, you're using 7-8 accounts probably worth 1,000 USD in total (or more) to trade. Assuming the method would be quite obvious, you could expect bans often.

 

You wouldn't need accounts, you'd just have to switch to an empty world (10 people) and wait till you get each other as targets, shouldn't take long.

Could it not be a possiblilty, if we found another gem like W156 it would be amazingly useful. But then again banning would be so easy for Jagex as soon as they caught on.

 

First of all, if you use BH, they can't find out since its simply PvP

Second, like some said, BH isn't like world 2 fally area...its pretty clear most of the time. If you ask me (I am not a big mill seller) but selling mills is still easy and more profitable than before if you do it correctly.

One person can login in 2 clients. So you and your main logins, buyer and another one of his mains logins...thats 4 person protection. Once the seller is killed and drop is picked up by seller, the team has to spread out a bit to scout for other players while the person with 3 min penalty waits it out (this is the toughest part of all) If you are lucky...I mean most of the time you will be, then you can get away.

Clans interfering is the biggest problem. If a group or single player searching for their BH partner, then simply the sight of 4 level 120s can make them fly like chickens.

Only down side is, due to the factors involved in it, you can only do large scales which can be really profitable.

 

Lol. People are assuming that you need "protection" and a "trustworthy team", well, no, you dont really. if you enter, and switch worlds to a fairly clear worlds, there is a 1/10 chance that you get the buyer as a TARGET, which means he can TELEPORT right to you (85 magic needed), if not he can just walk, and he can you for the item, whatever value, and then, since you were his target, he has NO penalty points, which means he CAN protect the item, and CAN leave.

It's all simple if people use the right method, there is a guide somewhere on the forums about how to do it. Personally, I am still selling my mills this way, people think it's hard. Its not.
