And for the others, he did waterfall quest, which would put him at around 30 attack and strength.

Also he cannoned range, and did "witches potion quest" to get its mage to 3 then did the non combat spells to 50 magic. Epic how he could do that? As for the defence, I'm assuming he did the "player safetey" thing and got the 2 500 exp lamps, and used it to get 9 defense.

U need to show some1 the account, and prove, like let some1 witness you putting on range bows for range, swords for att, and do a mage spell for mage. Thats your best bet for people to belive u and stop all this spam >.>

If you had a level 3 from rsc and never logged into rs2, then when you log into rs2 you will have 9 hp not 10. 10 HP is when you create an account on rs2.
