Selling 8gb ipod touch 2g

Don't buy.
He gave me 2 false tracking #'s.

I sent him the money on a saturday, and on a monday he said it was shipped. Tuesday he gave me 2 tracking numbers which were false... on tuesday night, I disputed (item not recieved) and I just now, today, recieved my money back.

I had a friend add him, and he even admitted to my friend that he never shipped it cause I did a chargeback, but yet.. I disputed 2 days after he said it was already shipped.


EDIT: He provided me with a phone number when I purchased, and I got a phone number off of his Paypal account. I called both, and one was a teenage girl, and one was a mom. I asked for Matt on both of them, and neither knew who Matt was.

I know his name is Matt, cause everytime he signs on MSN, it says Matt has signed in.
