I'm an on/off runescape player and I have a few mill sitting in the bank doing nothing so I though I may as well try and get rid of it and get some cash for the amount of time I spent building it up. I'm also considering getting more cash in game if this goes well.

fair enough dude thanks for the info, but what do you do if someone is simple refusing to send the cash untill they get the gp?

Then you don't sell to them, Unless you're getting a reasonable offer.

Even if they go first they can charge back. So unless you get an offer of around 40/60c Per mil. Then it's a scam.

Unfortunately it's not worth as much as you would hope.
