    In the netherlands you can only cancel an Instant Bank transfer if it's send to a company. If send to regular people you can't do anything to get the money back once it's been send (or planned to send). If im correct. Not sure how it works in diff country's.

    There are 3 banks in netherlands which will state your payment as a 'sent' even if you dont have funds at your accounts. And if you wont add funds in 3 days bank will cancel payment. Another option is to call them within 1 hour and cancel it as this guy did:
