I have been selling for neopoints over 5 months now. Last time I had a very big order and took a while to complete it. Now I have 35m extra neopoints for sale again.
I ask 9$ per 1 million neopoints. I only accept payments through paypal and only from verified customers. I can make discounts for higher amounts and I always make discounts for regular customers

What is your method of transferring safely?
