Sadly, SteamID buying\selling is like lottery. There always chance(even with hl1 and blah blah blah) to lost your account(community ban, terminated by steam, disabled by steam and etc).

the person who got him banned was some retard whos agenda was to get low digit sellers and buyers banned, the buyer of that 3 digit harassed valve staff so duh burtonj fucked it lol, also i have bought a 4 digit off gyunter before STEAM_0:0:ABBA and had no issues and plan on buying one of his 3's when i can
