The way I do this is that I have batches of card codes come out every day (M-F), with the exception of weekends. If all the card codes in this batch have been taken for today, you have the option of paying in advance to reserve a code for 12.5USD the next time a batch comes out. As I keep selling I hope to have bigger and bigger batches, so hopefully in the future this won't be a problem!
