Selling $20 MoneyPak Card

I am selling this MoneyPak card that is loaded with $20. You may be asking "Why would he sell it if he can use it to fund his account?" The answer is paypal won't let me activate it because I am under 18, which is total bullsh*t because I was able to activate it months ago. So I will sell it for $20 Paypal. Actually when you think of it, you're not really buying it. It's more of loan I guess? $20 for $20?
