I am selling 130m for .65 a mill. I am willing to go first, but I'm going to only be dealing with highly trusted members. I will decide whether I trust you or not. Don't be surprised if I turn you down if you lack vouches. I have to feel completely comfortable that you will not charge back. I will always go in increments no matter what, which any legitimate buyer should have no problem with. Depending how trusted you are, I would also prefer that you send at least $5 before the trade, so that I know you have money in your paypal and have the intention on sending it.

I need vouches so I won't sell more than 20m a time. I also just feel safer that way.
