Make a report in the report a scammer section - only if you have proof.
And delete your posts here, or you will get an infraction for them.

 

What proof should I include? Msn convo? Paypal Receipt?

 

MSN conversation if you have screenshots of the actual conversation.
No XML / Html files or screenshots of those files.

Also include the paypal receipt and any other info you have. And read the stickies in the report a scammer section.
