I don't think it's a pure personally, but some people get level 70 defense and call themselves barrows pures so I'll leave it up to you to decide. If you want to move the thread to the 2007 accounts section, simply report your post by clicking the yellow triangle at the top right corner of the first post of the thread and then ask for it to be moved.
