sellin a lvl 97 good stats

well im sellin a lvl 97 account whos good im wanting an account wit 94 mage or ne cb stat above 90 but a low cb kinda a skiller i also hav a lvl 84 and a 79 i will throw in i just need to know how to cancel recoveries
but on the 97 there are no recoveries
