The only way to gift steam games is by carding.
Tell me away its not.

If you are carding its against the rules.

I'm interested in buying Modern Warfare 2 and Bad Company 2

You're the 'n'th seller, who is selling Steam Gifts. So far I've writen in their threads also, b4 to be reported (from buyers with revoked gifts and disabled accs), that they shouldn't do that if they don't want to loose their access into Sythe.

So you want to loose some money in buying cheaper gifts, great, c00l :).
