LOL, what do you mean i'm trying to force you? And btw in your form you said/asked "Will you go first" so i was basically explaining why i didn't agree to the TOS. You're OP didn't make sense ;

1) you state in the TOS we would have to go first
2) in the form you ASK "will you go first"
