if you havn't read in tutorial or rare name guides, ALL RARE NAMES HAVE HAd MEMBERS. Because in dec 2002 or sumthin like that member ship was givin out for free. y do u think jagex puts dont enter anything if u have an older account.
Recoverys can get removed in 20 - 30 mins. so get over ur selves. this aint a scam we can use a paypal mm or w/e
