self vouching for wutang11/dw3fan

I added wutang11 on msn, but it was dw3fan i was talking to who said he was wutang/ wutang was him and his friends account and that he vouched for wutang on dw3fan because he bought rsgp from him. Well isn't that considered self vouching if you are vouching for an account that is half yours? also im not even sure you are aloud to share accounts?
