Seem to have an issue

I just went to lock and move a thread, and noticed that my menu wasnt there. And when i went to log into AdminCP, i realized that over the course of my absence someone has obviously and accidentally removed my permissions. I can't be a secret admin without ACP privileges.. come on now.
