Second Opinion on Leonthelegend (Ban Evader)

This guy has one post, specifically targeting a specific section where I call out the names he has sniped. Firez's response made no sense and didn't provide reason as to why Leonthelegend wasn't banned. I would appreciate it if another mod could look into this. Thanks.

Some proof and reasoning would be nice.

 

You need to have proof and throwing accusations without such isn't worth anything.

Make a report if you can find some proof linking the accounts.
