Recently i got keylogged by someone on this forum(i think)
but i got no idea how to show you the ip adress history :\
if you can tell me and then ill screenshot it.
 
Start off by posting an clean scan of your computer. We'll look through your IP history on the posts that led to your ban (the phishing links).

When did you lose control of your account?
