Searching For Web Designer

Looking for a web designer with experience (website portfolio) who can handle front- and back-end coding. I can find a graphics artist for the design itself, just need someone with strong coding. If you're confident at doing both, that's a bonus.

How many front-end pages will you be looking at? Will you want the content/information to be displayed from a database? Will you want an admin page? + all sorts of security measures, and error handling.

I would be interested in the back end work, but alone I don't have the time to take on the full project if it is too large, as I'm too heavy into objective-c right now.

But I will however offer my services on security/error handling on the back end work using PDO:: for database connections and blowfish for hashing.
