Searching for help: Cover Letter

I'm in desperate need of a cover letter. I'm unsure of how these work and are made. When I hear "Cover Letter" the context of it reminds me of a resume. I could be completely wrong as I've mentioned above. With that being said, I'm really trying to get a new job and what something that I will enjoy.

Typically speaking: Waking up, making coffee and enjoying my new job!

Not looking for anything specific, but staying away from fast food. I'm great with customer service, I love people watching and enjoy fixing a bad situation.

Just some info on cover letters - they’re supposed to add additional context to the cv or resume and should be unique to each job. It’s an opportunity to explain in a few more words why you want the job -and why you feel you fit their criteria.

I’ve also heard directly from hirers that a decent cover letter goes a long way in just showing that they’re willing to put a bit of extra effort into the application process.

I’d suggest looking for templates online — I think even Microsoft Word has a template that you can just ‘plug & play’. It should be molded based upon the job you are applying for so I’m not sure someone on Sythe would be able to fully help you, only guide you with resources. Looking up the template would most likely take care of the layout of it it’s just up to you to fill it in.
