    in legal terms.... you gave him your account as part of a trade. once the trade was initiated both parties have to agree for the trade to stop. if the deal was sealed and he decided to keep playing, he is just doing his duty. i think that you should just pay him. i got one of my 49s stolen like this(i wanted to see if this guy was a good booster) and xbox support took 2 months and then just gave me an account with the same membership . PAY THE MAN FOR HIS TIME!!!
