Does anyone own the new Airpods and is it worth the upgrade from Gen1?

 

Tbh i got the powerbeats recently, i had airpods at first. The powerbeats look better, better sound in ear & they're more comfy. Air pods are so overpriced imo.

 

Nah they suck. Overpriced and sound quality is the same as every other bluetooth earpiece.

 

They are okay but still loose the thing when its flat

 

Depends. Are you willing to pay $250 for noise cancellation? There are better options for that price with the same features. But then again, air pods are convenient af

 

Not worth it in my opinion. Unless you got tonnes of money to throw away, quite pointless really. The airpods pro isn’t exactly the best compared to other flagships, difference is apple will show you have a better social status.
The sound quality may be better than the gen 1s but probably not distinctive plus the option for sound cancellation is rarely used to be worth the extra cost in my opinion

 

I bought them a few days ago. I didn’t however buy the originals so I can’t tell you how they are by comparison.

However, the look is better for the most part. I enjoy being able to use the microphone built into the headphones to make calls as well. As mentioned above, the noise cancellation is a big thing for me and highly recommended.

 

I got those new Anker pods. They're 10x better than regular pods and I think compete against the Pros.

You can buy better products from the $250 price of the airpods pro, but you gotta flex hard bro
