It's always got an agressive, angry tone to it, which I don't like. It's hard to understand most times. The people that listen to it are guys who like girls. And... it smells. We're all entitled to our opinions. I don't listen to this auto-tune shit either, but I do listen to Rap. I find old school rap (rarely anything good these days), to be like poetry, in which I can relate to some aspects.
Oh, the "phased out" thing... that was probably bad from me, considering it never phased in either. It has made like no impact commercially and probably never will.

I mean...Screaming into a microphone for 3 minutes is not music to me. Thats just my opinion. I mostly just like hard rock...Avenged sevenfold, Disturbed, System of a down, Etc...Half of the time you cant understand what people are saying in screamo songs...and most of the people that listen to scream are emos...Screamo(emos) hehe, that rhymes..But thats just my opinion so dont flame me for expressing it.

    That stereotype is so stupid.
I listen to a lot of the heavy stuff, and then the hardrockish stuff aswell.
I'm not and never will be an emo.

That's the most stupid shit I've ever read. Where the fucking hell did you get that from?
    1. Screamo is it's own genre.
    2. Screamo evolved from hardcore punk and emo. Metalcore comes from thrash and hardcore punk. Death metal comes form thrash and black metal.
    3. None of the bands you listed are screamo. None are even Death Metal, the ones you think are death metal are "deathcore" which comes form metalcore and death metal.

I don't know where the fuck you got that from.

"In the early 2000s media, including music channels like MTV, magazines and numerous websites picked up the genre name and started labeling any band that uses screamed vocals as a screamo band. This common misconception leads people to falsely believe that many post-hardcore and alternative rock influenced pop rock bands like Alesana and Escape the Fate are screamo bands when in reality those bands have nothing in any way to do with the music genre. So now in pop culture the genre name is described as a completely different style of music by people who don't know what screamo actually is. The real screamo scene didn't change and is still active to this day all over the world."

    If you really want screamo:
