The IP match is questionable though, Scott used this IP last Monday.
Magnets and Spanishguy both used it somewhere in 2017 - which is 2 years after Spanishguy was already banned.

Scott also has home IP matches on all the 24. IP's aswell as having a home IP match with @Thenovice (not banned).

 

The 2005 join date makes it too questionable for me, don't think it's enough to link but will leave open for another mod to decide.

 

I agree here. I also compared the IP's of Scott recently up to when he joined Sythe and his account doesn't seem to be compromised / linked to any ban evasion (although whether it may have been years ago is questionable, however the OO has it secured atm).
