Also I would Like to point out two funny things about the everystudent.com link. First off there are SIX reasons that he exists is there a familiar number floating around out there that belongs to those who hate god? hmmm... could it be six six six? why not do SEVEN reasons for god existing. Also it was written by some one named marilyn. ever hear of marilyn manson?

doesn't look like much of a christian eh? Now to the real reasons...

1. "Does God exist? The complexity of our planet points to a deliberate Designer who not only created our universe, but sustains it today."

The earth... is perfect in both size and distance from the sun, two things I must comment on. Don't use the axis rotation as a fucking excuse! It keeps our temperature between -30 and +120. True. But the temperature also goes below -30 and above 120+ sometimes correct? so what do we do? We move. IF YOU ARE COLD ALL THE TIME MOVE TO FUCKING SOUTH AMERICA... TOO HOT??? GOTO ALASKA!!! PROBLEM SOLVED If our earth were a few feet further from the sun, then we would move towards the equator more and more than that, we probably would have EVOLVED DIFFERENTLY like most other species to survive the climate changes. Also, if the earth were bigger we MIGHT pick up stray hydrogen. If space weren't a COMPLETE VACUUM we most likely would pick up stray hydrogen but the chancesthat a cloud of hydrogen passing all of the other planets first is a little odd. Second, chances that a comet with a pocket of oxygen that was hot didn't pass thorugh first and ignite the cloud is also a little strange. Even if hydrogen was collected in massive amounts from different sources that didn't get caught by other planets or ignite OR simply get pulled towards the sun because it just happened to fall in our orbit although the earths orbit around the sun is like a needle outside of a haystack and the chances that you would step on that needle are slim... there is oxygen in our atmosphere too. they would mix, create water, rain more and we would have a bunch of fish and other aquatic organisms.

2. "Does God exist? The human brain's complexity shows a higher intelligence behind it."

Most people don't know the parts of the brain and every bone in the human body. On the other hand, our body does. It's in this little double-helix shaped piece of protein called Deoxyribo-nucleic Acid or for short, DNA. it is basically the entire "blueprints" for the human body that is you. Things evolve to fit their needs as an organism. now if living things evolve, then their parts evolve. If the parts evolve, DNA would evolve right? so as our body becomes more complex to better fit into our environment, DNA would become more complex. My dna knows more about my body than tho whole fucking human genome project. Now our DNA is in every cell of our body. This means it is in our brains and since it is complex, it makes our brains complex. Our brains are built to do what they do and the reason they do it so good is because they were designed for it! And think, Relative size of our brains to our bodies may not seem like much but realize that the relative size of a dinosaur's brain to his body is tiny. if we had a brain relative to the dinosaurs' size our brains would be peas. That is also why we talk and they didn't.

3. "Does God exist? 'Chance' or 'natural causes' are insufficient explanations."

No they aren't insufficient you are fucking retarded. Realize that there are millions of billions of trillions of billions of millions of planets. to say that out of all of those not one is going to develop properly for life? to say that means god must have ordered cupid to shoot a brother and sister with his arrows. 9 months later... YOU CAME OUT!!! YAY!!!

4. "Does God exist? To state with certainty that there is no God, a person has to ignore the passion of an enormously vast number of people who are convinced that there is a God."

Ok it is pretty easy to ignore, thats not a good reason to assume there is a god. Also how many is "an enormously vast number of people?" Let's it is 5 billion people. there are 7 billion people on the planet which means 2 billion DON'T Believe in god like atheists, agnostics, scientologists. In fact Atheism is the third highest ranking religion in the world second only to Islam and christianity. So an "enormously vast number of people" don't believe. And Another thing! Back in the 2000-1000 B.C.'s people didn't know about bacteria and Viruses. If I didn't know about infectious organisms and parasites I think it easier to believe in a god cursing me for than a microorganism bypassing my bodies immune systems and multiplying several thousand times before my bodie's white blood cells could aid antibodies in the assault against my infection. Wouldn't you find it easier to believe in god?

5. "Does God exist? We know God exists because he pursues us. He is constantly initiating and seeking for us to come to him."

I'm not seeking god? It is true I constantly talk crap to christians, but it is because as shredder said and as I believe most atheists feel, the idea of a god pisses atheists off. I prayed from when I was 3 until a year ago at the age of 14. From 3 to 14 is 11 years. That is 4,015 days. I prayed about 15 minutes a night so for 4,015 days that is 60,225. All waisted thats 42, almost 43 days of praying... and when you pray that much and realize it was pointless it is annoying as crap as most atheists know (if you didn't here is some fuel for the fire.) Besides ever have a Jahova's Witness come to your house? Are they trying to join atheism?

6. Last but not least, "Does God exist? Unlike any other revelation of God, Jesus Christ is the clearest, most specific picture of God pursuing us."

As shredderbeam said, that is about jesus not god but to clear up, There is no hard evidence that Jesus duplicated bread and fish. In fact they disproved the whole "walking on water" thing. It was in fact stray Ice blocks that floated from more northern regions. this gave the appearance of him walking on the water. Besides there is evidence he was married to a prostitute.

Thats it for that article but Something more towards christianity. Stop posting this religious bullshit. People don't want to hear your crap and it is annoying as crap. Not Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Mormons, Scientologists, Agnostics or even Satanists try to spread this crap. Wonder why? THEY AREN'T FUCKING RETARDED!!! People won't switch to your religion at a moments notice stop trying. IT IS THE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY THAT DOES THIS!!! JESUS WAS A HIPPIE WHO WAS BRAINWASHED AT THE AGE OF TWELVE TO THINK HE WAS THE SON OF GOD AND DIED A DEVOTED MENTALLY HANDICAPPED STONER. STOP SPREADING THIS CRAP AND PEOPLE WON'T HATE CHRISTIANS SO MUCH. THE ONLY REASON PEOPLE DO THIS IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE AN INFERIORITY COMPLEX AND THINK THAT THE OMNIPOTENT ASSHOLE ABOVE WON'T SEND THEM TO HELL AT A MOMENTS NOTICE FOR THEIR DIRTY THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS IF THEY CONVERT ONE SUICIDAL PSYCHOPATH TO THEIR RELIGION.
